Our program does not rely on calorie counting or crash dieting.  Once you complete your test and have your results you will be able to make food choices and have the confidence that you are eating foods which promote optimal health while reducing chronic inflammation.  There are no prepackaged foods associated with our plan.  Every item in our dietary recommendations is readily available at your local grocery store.

 

The first page of your test results is your non-reactive foods list.  This result sheet has a green border.  This is essentially your shopping list.  Utilizing our Go Green approach you will build your meal plans from these options.  You eat when your hungry, deprivation is not a key component of our system.

 

Our system uses a balanced diet approach giving you plenty of choices to keep your meals satisfying and fresh.  Best of all, you can utilize this plan as a new lifestyle as opposed to a band aide approach.  As you implement our recommendations you will begin to notice changes not only in the way you look, but also in the way you feel.  This system will help to eliminate carb cravings and will leave you feeling more satisfied after your meals.  Many of our clients have reported that they eat the same amount on the plan as they did before but are amazed that they continue to loose weight.

 

We realize that this will force you to change your eating habits, but you already realize that if you are to be successful a change is in order.  After you achieve your weight loss and/or health improvement goals you can relax on some of the constraints of the plan.  We teach you how to reincorporate foods back into your dietary intake while minimizing the negative results you have seen in the past.
